This scheme is aimed at those personnel who would like to further their knowledge and skills in SCD that they are already familiar with or for those who have limited experience but would like to acquire understanding and awareness of a certain client group.

The late Roland Williams developed the idea for a like-minded group of community and public health dental personnel that provided oral health care for people with special needs and became its first chairman.

The Job Shadowing Scheme provides an opportunity for training tailored to the participants needs, involving all the LHB areas of Wales.
